Manoj Garg, Founder of Garg Manoj & Associates is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1987. In his vast professional lifespan of over three decades, he has accumulated rich experience in the field of Auditing, Income Tax, Corporate Law, Transaction Advisory and Indirect Taxation.
Manoj has successfully served clients across all service, trading and manufacturing industries during the course of his practice. He has worked with professionally managed corporates in capacity as a consultant and as an auditor. He has advised large Indian companies in Textiles, Real Estate, FMCG, automotive, e-commerce, Transportation, Pharma, Information Technology, etc.
Manoj also has vast experience in the area of handling assessment and litigation matters at various forums under the Income Tax Act, 1961. He has also assisted clients during search and survey conducted by the tax authorities.

Sarthak Garg is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is the Indirect Tax practice leader at Garg Manoj & Associates, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi. Sarthak has worked across varied industries including healthcare, hospitality, FMCG, automotive, dairy industry, e-commerce etc.
Sarthak has provided strategic advisory and litigation services to various clients (both domestic and international)on indirect taxation including Goods & Services Tax, Central Excise, Service Tax, Customs and Value Added Tax etc. He has also assisted clients during search, departmental audit and survey and has also carried out indirect tax health check/ due diligence of multiple clients.
Sarthak has experience of representing clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. He has experience in analyzing the possible impact of GST for various industries and has advised on structuring of transaction supply chains and business processes to optimize indirect tax incidence.
Sarthak has assisted clients in smooth transition from the erstwhile indirect tax regime to GST. He is also a member of the BRICS CCI Indirect Tax Committee and active as a speaker in various forums.
